　　二、參賽對象

　　1、國內(nèi)外專業(yè)服裝設(shè)計師(包括港澳臺地區(qū));

　　2、國內(nèi)外服裝院校師生;

　　3、服裝設(shè)計愛好者。

　　II. QUALIFICATION

　　1. Foreign and domestic professional fashion designers(including HK, Macau and Taiwan territory)

　　2. Foreign and domestic fashion school’s teachers and students

　　三、作品要求

　　1、本大賽以“創(chuàng)新力量”為主題，作品需要貼合大賽“創(chuàng)新、正能量、原生態(tài)、時尚、實用”的宗旨，體現(xiàn)2013或2014國際流行趨勢，設(shè)計創(chuàng)新，有商業(yè)價值和市場潛力，必須為童裝，設(shè)計完整的系列化及服飾配套，每個系列5套。

　　2、作品必須是彩色效果圖(電子版)，一個系列人物連畫在一張效果圖中，(規(guī)格：1050像素*800像素)，并在左上方標(biāo)明作者、作品名稱和附面料小樣。格式須為JPG或GIF(平面圖片)，可手繪或電腦制作。

　　3、附加該參賽設(shè)計作品的整體設(shè)計思路一份，格式為Word文本格式 ，字?jǐn)?shù)不低于200字。

　　4、參賽作品必須是本人原創(chuàng)作品，每人一稿，稿件不得一稿多投和抄襲他人作品，如發(fā)現(xiàn)即取消參賽權(quán)。

　　5、 所有參賽作品版權(quán)歸大賽組委會所有，組委會有權(quán)宣傳、出版、制作、展示全部參賽作品。

　　III. DEMANDS ON WORKS

　　1. The theme of this contest is “Creation Power”. The works must be designed for the aim of “Creation, Positive Power, Original Ecology, Fashion and Practicality” and to embody 2013/2014 latest fashion with notable innovation, commercial value and market potential. The range is children’s wear with complete series and accessories. Each series includes 5 suits.

　　2. The design sketch should be completed in color, along with a series of characters drawn on (The required specification is 1050 pixels* 800 pixels). Name of the artist, name of the work, as well as the swatch used should be placed on the top left of your work. JPG or GIF is the required image format (for Graphic Design picture). Either hand-painted work or computer-produced ones will be accepted.

　　3. Also attach an article of design inspiring thought (DOC) of your works with no less than 200 words.

　　4. The works must be original and never be published. One person can only contribute once. Copy works and the works contributed more than once are regarded as invalid manuscript. We reserved the rights to cancel the contestant’s qualification if above found.

　　5. The copyright of all contributions is owned by the contest committee. The committee has the right to promote, publish, make and display all contributions.

　　四、時間安排

　　選手報名及作品征集時間：2013年4月25日—2013年8月15日

　　初賽評審時間：2013年8月16日—2013年8月30日

　　網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票時間：2013年9月1日—2013年9月20日

　　大賽結(jié)果揭曉時間：2013年9月24日，并進行抽獎

　　獲獎選手制版時間：2013年9月25日—2013年11月10日

　　頒獎晚會時間：2013年11月17日晚(虎門服交會期間)

　　IV. Schedule

　　Application and contribution: April 25—August 15, 2013

　　Preliminary: August 16—30, 2013

　　Web voting for the final: September 1 to 20, 2013.

　　Contest result announcement: September 24, 2013 and do the lucky draw.

　　Time for Winners to make clothes: September 25—November 10, 2013

　　Award Night: November 17, 2013(During Humen Fashion Fair)

　　1、選手于截稿日期前登陸虎門太平網(wǎng)(www.humen.gov.cn)、虎門服裝網(wǎng)(www.humen.com)、富民服裝城網(wǎng)(www.fumin.com)、廣東服裝行業(yè)流通信息平臺(www.gdfz.org),下載并填妥相關(guān)表格后，連同參賽稿件、個人生活照片、身份證掃描件的電子版(缺一不可)打包發(fā)至：虎門太平網(wǎng)郵箱(sjds@humen.gov.cn)，并在郵件標(biāo)題注明“設(shè)計大賽稿件XXX(XXX為參賽選手姓名)”。截稿時間以郵件的發(fā)送時間為準(zhǔn)。

　　V. CONTRIBUTION

　　1. The contestants click before deadline www.humen.gov.cn，www.humen.com, www.fumin.com or www.gdfz.org to download the application form. Fill the form and pack with your works, personal photo and ID card to email to sjds@humen.gov.cn. Please title the email with “Online Fashion Design Contest Contribution” and your name. Deadline is subject to sending time.

　　金獎1名：15000元人民幣、獎牌、獲獎證書。

　　銀獎2名：10000元人民幣、獎牌、獲獎證書。

　　銅獎3名：6000元人民幣、獎牌、獲獎證書。

　　最佳創(chuàng)意獎1名：3000元人民幣、獎牌、獲獎證書。

　　企業(yè)家推薦獎1名：3000元人民幣、獎牌、獲獎證書。

　　網(wǎng)絡(luò)人氣大獎1名：3000元人民幣、獎牌、獲獎證書。

　　幸運網(wǎng)友大獎20名：由東莞市甲蟲屋服裝有限公司提供價值約500元的童裝每人一份。

　　工作機會：金、銀、銅獎獲得者將分別獲得東莞市甲蟲屋服裝有限公司提供的年薪不低于20萬、15萬、10萬的工作機會;其他進入決賽的選手，東莞市甲蟲屋服裝有限公司將根據(jù)選手條件提供具有競爭力薪金的工作機會。
