For drunken driving, drag racing and other acts that jeopardizing public safety, the first draft of the criminal law amendment (eight) has added dangerous driving offenses, stipulates: "drunken driving motor vehicles on the road, or driving motorized vehicles on the road to compete for driving. If the circumstances are bad, they shall be arrested and fined."

The draft two reviewers amended the terms "dangerous driving crime" again, further increasing the punishment for dangerous driving behaviors such as drunk driving and drag racing.

According to the latest revision, drunken driving motor vehicles, regardless of whether the plot is bad or whether the consequences are caused, will be convicted according to the "dangerous driving" and punished by criminal detention and fined.

At the same time, the draft of the second instance stipulates that if there are acts of drunk driving, drag racing and other crimes, it will be convicted and punished according to the heavier punishment.
