甲乙雙方は友好協(xié)議、共同発展の原則に基づいて本翻訳サービス契約を締結(jié)し、その條項(xiàng)は以下の通りである。

一、甲は乙に翻訳サービスを提供するように依頼し、速やかに乙に明確で分かりやすい翻訳資料を提出し、明確な要求を提出し、乙の翻訳品質(zhì)を監(jiān)督する。

二、乙は時(shí)間通りに翻訳任務(wù)を完成します。（不可抗力が発生した場(chǎng)合を除く）、甲に翻訳済みのプリントと電子ファイルを一つずつ提供します。具體的な提出期日は雙方で合意する。原稿の緊急提出については雙方が臨時(shí)に協(xié)議する。

三、乙は甲に提供するいかなる資料に対しても厳格に守秘し、第三者に漏らしてはいけない。

四、翻訳作業(yè)量統(tǒng)計(jì)：電子翻訳原稿：コンピュータ統(tǒng)計(jì)の中國(guó)語版の文字?jǐn)?shù)に基づいて計(jì)算する（中國(guó)語版Word 2000における「空欄を無視した文字?jǐn)?shù)」）；翻訳原稿を印刷する：中國(guó)語原稿の行數(shù)×列數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)に基づいて計(jì)算する（行×列）。

五、乙は優(yōu)待価格で甲に翻訳費(fèi)用を徴収する。英訳漢は元/千文字（10萬字以上）。

5.Party B Will charge the translation project from Party A with favorable price：For English–Chinese RMB/1000 Chinese characters and marks.

六、乙は翻訳開始前に甲のために翻訳費(fèi)を見積もり、甲の支払いは実際に発生した仕事量によって乙に翻訳費(fèi)用を支払うことができる（仕事量の統(tǒng)計(jì)方法は本契約第四條による）。以下は乙の口座情報(bào)です。

七、乙は原稿を提出した後、無料で翻訳原稿に必要な修正を行い、別途費(fèi)用を徴収しないと承諾します。

7.Party B promises to provide necessary modifications to the translation documents free of charge after the delivery.

八、支払方式：甲は乙の翻訳原稿を受け取った當(dāng)日に、実際の費(fèi)用によって先に乙の翻訳総費(fèi)用の50%を支払い、殘りは原稿を提出した後の30日以內(nèi)に支払うべきで、もし第35日の殘金がまだ支払われていないなら、甲は一日遅延するごとに、乙に翻訳総費(fèi)用の5‰の延滯金を支払う必要がある。

九、乙は訳文の翻訳品質(zhì)と翻訳サービスが業(yè)界の公正なレベルに達(dá)することを保証しなければならない。翻訳文の翻訳レベルに対して論爭(zhēng)が発生した場(chǎng)合、雙方が共同で認(rèn)めた第三者が判斷し、または直接仲裁を申請(qǐng)しなければならない。

十、本契約書は一式二部で、雙方はそれぞれ一つを保有し、甲乙雙方の記章を経てから発効する。
