GCL energy technology (002015) announced on the evening of June 30 that the 48th meeting of the seventh board of directors of the company deliberated and passed the proposal on capital increase of its subsidiary Suzhou zhenneng Energy Technology Co., Ltd, The board of directors agreed that Suzhou Xinyu Energy Technology Co., Ltd., the holding subsidiary, would increase cash capital by RMB 250 million to its subsidiary Suzhou suneng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Suzhou suneng") with its own funds, and authorized the management to handle specific matters related to the capital increase. After the completion of the capital increase, the registered capital of Suzhou Yineng was changed from 500 million yuan to 750 million yuan.

Recently, Suzhou Yineng completed the industrial and commercial registration of the change of registered capital, and obtained the business license issued by the market supervision and Administration Bureau of Suzhou Industrial Park on June 22, 2022. The change of registered capital of Suzhou zeneng has been approved by the market supervision and Administration Bureau of Suzhou Industrial Park. The main changes are as follows:

Original registered capital: RMB 500 million

Current registered capital: RMB 75 million
