Beiqing Huanneng (000803): Progress In Providing Guarantee For Loans Of Subsidiaries
Beiqing Huanneng (000803) announced on the evening of January 13 that Beikong Shifang (Hunan) environmental protection energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan energy") applied for fixed assets loan from Xiangtan sub branch of Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiangtan County sub branch of rural commercial Bank of China") for project construction fund expenditure, with a loan amount of 210 million yuan, The loan term is from December 24, 2021 to December 23, 2036 (the date specified in the loan voucher shall prevail). Hunan energy shall provide pledge guarantee and Beiqing Huanneng shall provide joint guarantee.
After the guarantee, the total amount of guarantee actually provided by Beiqing Huanneng Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company" or "Beiqing Huanneng") is 1095.298 million yuan, and the guarantee balance is 814.5 million yuan, accounting for 136.11% of the company's latest audited net assets. The above guarantees are all guarantees for the units in the consolidated statements, and there is no overdue guarantee.
