Announcement of Shanghai Longtou (Group) Co., Ltd. on changing the company's registered address and amending the articles of Association

Shanghai Longtou (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") held the 16th meeting of the 10th board of directors of the company by means of communication voting on May 24, 2021. The meeting deliberated and passed the resolution on changing the company's registered address and revising the articles of association. In view of the needs of the overall planning for the construction of the medical industrial park by Dongfang International Group Shanghai Health Technology Development Co., Ltd., 584 manufacturing Bureau Road, Shanghai, the company hereby requests Shanghai Longtou (Group) Co., Ltd. to move out of its original registered place. After negotiation, the company intends to change its registered address and amend the corresponding provisions of the articles of association as follows:

After change: Room 101, building 2, No. 584, manufacturing Bureau Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai (the final change content shall be subject to the content approved by the industrial and commercial registration authority.)

2、 Revision of the articles of Association

According to the change of the above registered address of the company, the company intends to amend the corresponding provisions in the articles of association, as follows:
