Huasheng Shares (600156): Legal Representative Acts As Secretary Of The Board Of Directors
On October 29, 2020, Hunan Huasheng Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") disclosed the announcement of Huasheng Co., Ltd. on appointing the directors of the company to perform the duties of the Secretary of the board of directors (Announcement No.: p.2020-028) on the website of Shanghai Stock Exchange. During the period when the Secretary of the board of directors is vacant, Mr. Jiang Hongkai, director and deputy general manager of the company, shall be appointed to perform the duties of secretary of the board of directors.
Up to now, Mr. Jiang Hongkai has been acting as secretary of the board of directors for three months. According to the relevant provisions of Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules: if the vacancy time of the Secretary of the board of directors of the company exceeds three months, the legal representative of the company shall perform the duties of secretary of the board of directors until the company employs a new secretary of the board of directors.
Therefore, from January 28, 2021, Mr. Xiao Qunfeng, the legal representative of the company, will act as the Secretary of the board of directors until the company employs a new secretary of the board of directors. The company will complete the selection and appointment of the Secretary of the board of directors as soon as possible in accordance with the relevant provisions.
