In terms of market access, the SME Service Plan will create a "one product, two ends, multi-channel" industrial uplink initiatives through global traffic openness, cross platform resource access and precise customer matching. Beijing Xi will help factories, farms and foreign trade businesses with industrial origin to build an efficient online sales system, and invest in and operate through green channels. Supporting and tracing the innovative means such as live broadcasting and carrying goods to help the source businesses quickly butt down the consumption demand of emerging markets.

In terms of cost reduction, Jingdong business will join the SME Bureau of Guangdong Provincial Bureau of industry and commerce to provide precise assistance to SMEs with "specialties and characteristics", and digitally reconstruct management scenarios such as "human property" by means of intelligent procurement. At the same time, we integrate 100 brand manufacturers and 30 software vendors to launch exclusive activities for SMEs in Guangdong.

Take Guangdong merchants' goods show as an example, the two sides have opened up the resources of Jingxi live broadcast, Guangdong radio and TV station and 33 local radio stations, and will continue to conduct 100 live broadcast of brand sources in the next 4 months, and create more than 500 "small giants" online positions in Guangdong Province.

At the same time, the two sides will work together to build a direct broadcast base for Guangdong's small and medium-sized enterprises, and give full play to the government's policy advantages and Jingdong's service capabilities, so as to improve the efficiency of digitalized and live broadcast transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
