The first textile and garment industry chain project in Yunnan Province, which was first born in Kaiyuan thermal power steam recycling industrial park (Datang area), has been launched since January 17th, and the departments at all levels attach great importance to it. At present, the project is carrying out site leveling, and all work is proceeding in an orderly way.

At the construction site of the first phase of the project, hundreds of construction vehicles such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers and road rollers worked hard, and the transportation vehicles were travelling around the construction site.

It is understood that the project is 4 kilometers away from Kaiyuan city, and the first phase of the construction project is planned to invest 600 million yuan, covering an area of about 1500 mu. The whole project includes site leveling, Garden Road, water supply and drainage network, standardized building construction, etc. the construction period is 17 months.

While leveling the site, the construction side will start in mid April, and start the construction of the first 60 thousand square meters standardized workshop and the comprehensive service facilities of the park, and strive to realize the delivery of the first batch of plants by the end of August.

The park has signed a cooperation agreement with Zhangjiagang Xin Dong Xu textile printing and dyeing Co., Ltd., which is a garment enterprise integrating textile, printing and dyeing, garment processing, blankets, high-grade fabric production and sales. After entering the park, the annual output of textile and garment fabrics can reach 60 thousand tons, and the annual output value is estimated to be more than 2 billion yuan.

After the completion of the first phase of the construction of the Industrial Park (Datang area), the two major traditional industries such as coal and electricity can be activated, and the thermal power enterprises will be transformed into the heat and power cogeneration enterprises which are mainly supplied by heat and steam. The industrial chain will be extended, and the land use value of the park will be raised. It will provide an important platform for increasing investment and undertaking the transfer of textile industry and realizing the high quality of the park economy. Volume development.
