New Balance Suing Fujian Jinjiang Xin Bai Lun For Compensation
Recently, New Balance, a well-known sports brand in the United States, filed a lawsuit against the new Bai Lun Limited by Share Ltd in Jinjiang, Fujian. The intermediate people's Court of Nanjing city made a first instance decision. The court held that defendant Fuxin Lun Lun was a trademark infringement, and should immediately stop the infringement and compensate New Balance for its economic losses of 3 million yuan and a reasonable expenditure of 550 thousand yuan.
