Changshan North Ming (000158.SZ) announced that the second largest shareholder of the company, Beijing North Ming Weiye Holding Co., Ltd. (North Ming Holdings), Li Feng, vice chairman of the company, and directors and general managers of the company, should hold about 224 million 950 thousand shares of the company's shares (13.61% of the total share capital), 17 million 922 thousand and 50 shares (1.08% of the total share capital) and 19 million 354 thousand and 996 shares (1.17% of the total share capital). The company plans to reduce shares of the company by no more than 26 million 706 thousand and 500 shares, 2 million shares and 2 million shares within six months after the 15 trading days after the announcement date. The North Ming holding company, Li Feng and Ying Huajiang are acting in concert. The reduction of shares should be combined and calculated. The proposed reduction shares will not exceed the total share capital of the company.
