*ST Gaosheng (000971.SZ) announced that in September 20, 2019, the company received the letter from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange about the concern of Gaosheng Cmi Holdings Ltd (company's letter of concern 2019 [108th]) ("letter of concern"), requiring the company to reply and disclose it before September 24th.
Since the company needs to make a comprehensive review of the contents of the letter of concern and consult with the board of supervisors and lawyers, the company originally planned to submit a reply to the Shenzhen stock exchange and disclose it to the Shenzhen stock exchange before September 27, 2019.
Up to now, the company can not complete all the reply work within a limited time. In order to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the reply, the company expects to submit a reply to the Shenzhen stock exchange and disclose it before September 30, 2019 by the company's application to the Shenzhen stock exchange.
