The US bedding brand Sheets & Giggles (hereinafter referred to as "S&G") announced the completion of the $1 million 300 thousand seed financing. The transaction was conducted by Rockies Venture Club (hereinafter referred to as RVC). The participants included: Alpha Bridge Ventures, Fancy founder Jack Einhorn, founder of Tilt Jack, the company, the company, and the partners.

S&G, founded in 2018 by millennial entrepreneur Colin McIntosh, is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. The brand is committed to replacing eucalyptus with cotton and producing more sustainable Lyocell liners. The softness and smoothness of fibers made from Eucalyptus are higher and more breathable than cotton. Even if they are washed repeatedly, they are not easy to fade. It can better evaporate the moisture, maintain the antibacterial environment, and keep the sheets dry and clean for a long time.

In addition, the production and textile processes of this material are more sustainable. Compared with cotton bed sheets, the estimated water consumption per S&G bed sheet is equivalent to an average of five years of drinking water per person. The company has planted a new tree for every order, and has also promised to donate bedclothes to the homeless.

S&G won the first place in Denver Startup Week 2018 Pitch Challenge (2018 Denver entrepreneurial week challenge), and then entered the 2019 Techstars Boulder business incubator. So far, S&G's revenue in 2019 has doubled compared to the same period last year.

Later this month, S&G will introduce a super soft Eucalyptus fiber blanket, which will provide consumers with a brand new choice.

It is reported that after the financing, the total financing amount of S&G will reach about 2 million US dollars, which will enable S&G to continue to meet the expected market demand. They will expand production and expand their teams and speed up the introduction of new categories of textiles in existing product lines. Through this transaction, S&G has also become the first male start-up company to include "Candor Clause (Frank terms)" in the financing documents, which is designed to promote gender equality in entrepreneurship.
