*ST高升(000971)23日晚公告，公司收到北京市第四中級(jí)人民法院出具的《應(yīng)訴通知書(shū)》及相關(guān)法律文書(shū)，原告董云巍訴公司民間借貸糾紛已立案，涉及借款金額4000萬(wàn)元。*ST高升表示，上述借款系公司時(shí)任董事長(zhǎng)未經(jīng)公司審批程序違規(guī)使用公司印章所致，該筆借款資金的實(shí)際使用方為公司大股東關(guān)聯(lián)方文化硅谷，公司對(duì)該借款事項(xiàng)不知情，將積極通過(guò)合法渠道主張權(quán)利。
