Recently, the Zhejiang provincial office issued the "Zhejiang Provincial Digital Workshop / intelligent factory construction implementation plan (2019~2022)" (hereinafter referred to as the "implementation plan").

According to the "implementation plan", the construction of Zhejiang digital workshop / intelligent chemical plant will focus on machinery, textile and other industries. It can be divided into two types: discrete type and flow type manufacturing. Every type of digital workshop / intelligent chemical plant must follow the corresponding standard system requirements. The digital workshop is based on the technology and equipment required by the production object, and uses information technology, automation, measurement and control technology as the means, and uses data to connect different units in the workshop to plan, manage, diagnose and optimize the production and operation process. Intelligent factory is through the system integration, data exchange, human-machine interaction, flexible manufacturing and information analysis and optimization means to realize the unified management and coordinated production of multiple digital workshops, and collect, analyze and make decisions on all kinds of production data of the workshop, and transmit the optimized information to the digital workshop again, so as to achieve precise, flexible, efficient and energy-saving production in the workshop.
