A total of 459 batches of products produced by 458 enterprises (not involving export products) were selected, and 71 batches of products were found to be unqualified, and the unqualified rate was 15.5%.

從具體產(chǎn)品看，皮革服裝不合格發(fā)現(xiàn)率為28.9%，不合格項(xiàng)目涉及撕裂力、摩擦色牢度；動(dòng)感單車不合格發(fā)現(xiàn)率為44.1%，不合格項(xiàng)目涉及穩(wěn)定性、外部結(jié)構(gòu)、把手、緊急制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)；家用太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)不合格發(fā)現(xiàn)率為8.7%，不合格項(xiàng)目涉及貯熱水箱、熱性能、能效等級(jí)；衛(wèi)浴家具不合格發(fā)現(xiàn)率為9.4%，不合格項(xiàng)目涉及木制部件表面漆膜理化性能、木質(zhì)產(chǎn)品有害物質(zhì)限量；溶劑型木器涂料不合格發(fā)現(xiàn)率為7.5%，不合格項(xiàng)目涉及苯含量、鹵代烴含量、甲醇含量、揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物含量、游離二異氰酸酯含量總和；地坪涂料不合格發(fā)現(xiàn)率為11.6%，不合格項(xiàng)目涉及揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物質(zhì)量濃度、耐化學(xué)性、游離甲醛質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)和甲苯、二甲苯的總和質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)；原電池不合格發(fā)現(xiàn)率為10.0%，不合格項(xiàng)目涉及放電性能、泄漏與變形、不正確安裝。
