In view of the need for further verification of the relevant matters in the audit work and the heavy workload, in order to ensure the quality of the financial report and ensure the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the information disclosure, the company's annual report for 2018 was postponed to April 27, 2019 after applying to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
