公司開辦十幾年來，我遇到過形形色色的員工，有沉穩(wěn)、內(nèi)斂形的;有單純、率直形的;有陽光、開朗形的;有多疑、計較形的;有家教好、素質(zhì)高的;也有家教差、素質(zhì)低的，通過大量的交往，以及與其他管理者的交流，我逐漸地體會到了：員工不怕有缺點(diǎn)(沒有完美無缺的員工)、員工不怕有個性、不怕犯錯誤(要給年輕人犯錯誤的空間)，但怕的是看不透、不了解、不陽光、不開朗、悶著不說、不向別人敞開心扉的員工，這種員工你無法與他(她)交心，不知道他(她)在想什么?他(她)往往以自我為中心，處處提防任何人，時常干一些意想不到的事件，所以當(dāng)我遇到這樣的員工，即使他的工作能力強(qiáng)，工作干的很出色，我也不能重用他(她)，因?yàn)槟悴涣私馑?她)，不知道他在想什么?不知道他能否以公司的利益為重，是否遵守商業(yè)道德和規(guī)則，他(她)的突然舉動是否會給公司
