Recently, the "medium and long term development plan for the textile industry in the autonomous region" (2014~2020) was promulgated, and the development goals and tasks of the textile industry in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in the coming period were determined. By 2020, Ningxia will be able to achieve its goals and tasks.

The total output value will exceed 60 billion yuan, 4 times the total output value of the textile industry in 2013.

According to the plan, Ningxia's textile industry will achieve a total industrial output value of 40 billion yuan ~450 billion yuan by 2017.

By 2020, Ningxia's textile industry achieved an industrial output value of 63 billion yuan ~680 billion yuan, forming cashmere, linen, cotton (wool) spinning, industrial textiles, clothing manufacturing, chemical fiber, and special industries.

The pattern of common development is to build an advanced modern textile industry system characterized by technology and brand and featuring creative culture of national costume.

The plan proposes to speed up the pace of technological research and industrialization and further promote the development of Ningxia cashmere combing, multi fiber blending, printing and dyeing and finishing.

By focusing on the three important growth poles of the Ningxia ecological textile industry demonstration park Lingwu Park, Helan Park and the hairy Textile Industrial Park in Litong District, Wu Zhong, represented by Hengfeng textile, we should vigorously develop two special parks, such as concentric and Sino Ningbo, to accelerate the upgrading of Ningxia's textile industry.
