The inspection and Inspection Center (Beijing) will be the first CNAS accredited proficiency testing provider in China's leather and footwear industry through the on-site accreditation of CNAS proficiency testing providers.

The evaluation team, based on the CNAS-CL03:2010 certification plan and the management system document, inspects the operation of the supplier system through the environment and equipment of the on-site inspection center, checks the documents and records of the proficiency test plan, examines the authorized signatories and key technical personnel, and finally confirms 2 types of products and 10 parameters of leather and shoe materials applied by the center.

The competency verification provider is the organization responsible for the establishment and operation of the proficiency testing plan. At present, there are only 34 CNAS accreditation providers in various industries in China.

China leather and footwear industry research institute inspection center / national footwear quality supervision and Inspection Center (Beijing) has been responsible for implementing the CNAS organization's capacity verification plan for many times since 2008. It has undertaken the "quality control and inspection capability comparison test of footwear products in 2014" by the State Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine.
