Party A entrusts Party B to participate in the first instance litigation of the case because of the contract dispute with the company, providing Party A with relevant legal services.

In accordance with the provisions of the law of the People's Republic of China, the contract law and the relevant laws and regulations, the following clauses are fully negotiated by both parties, so as to comply with them.
