＜p＞　　該項目歷時兩年，目前成功研制出具有獨立知識產(chǎn)權的碳纖維立體管狀＜a href="http://www.pmae.cn/news/index_c.asp"＞織造裝備＜/a＞，設計了直徑從30~120mm范圍中幾個規(guī)格的管狀織物的織造工藝，主要有四大創(chuàng)新點：一是提出三維多層管狀紡織預成型件的成型方法——三維圓織法，并實現(xiàn)層與層之間的可靠連接;二是在機、電、磁結合控制下實現(xiàn)每根經(jīng)紗運動規(guī)律和張力的準確控制，從而適應圓織機上經(jīng)紗運動復雜的規(guī)律，實現(xiàn)了多種織物組織結構的立體織造;三是采用無碾壓式引緯方式，使引緯器“懸空”運行，避免引緯器與經(jīng)紗的接觸，減少對經(jīng)紗的損傷;四是針對小管徑復合管材的整體拉伸測試方法，研制出實用性較好的拉伸測試夾具組件，克服了碳纖維復合管材管壁薄、表面滑、難夾持的難點，可測試出碳纖維管狀復合材料的拉伸強度。
