The new aromatics unit with annual production capacity of 600kt PX has been developed independently by Hainan refining and chemical industry. Meanwhile, the operation pressure of xylene fractionating tower and thermal combined system has been improved, so as to carry out energy saving technologies such as recovery of low temperature steam and low temperature hot water power generation.

The device has been completed and checked and calibrated. The results show that the energy consumption of the combined plant is significantly lower than that of the existing technologies, which is of great significance to the development of China's aromatics industry and will have an important impact.
