2008 the "Jordan Cup" Third China sports equipment design competition was launched in Beijing in March 27th.

The competition was jointly sponsored by Jordan (China) Limited and the China Fashion Designers Association.

The competition aims at promoting the general mobilization of Chinese national sports in the field of sports design, effectively cooperating with the Olympic spirit, and fully embodies the brand spirit of "tailored for Chinese consumers".

This competition is divided into two categories: clothing and footwear. Whether they are lovers of fashion design or footwear designers, as long as they have the ability, as long as they are confident, they will be able to shine on the design stage and have higher bonuses to wait for challenges.

The competition requires participants to give full consideration to the Chinese body shape, foot type and exercise habits from every aspect of design, development and creation, combining human mechanics and engineering principles, and closely following the trend of international sports equipment. At the same time, it inherits the essence and cultural details of Chinese style design, and helps Chinese sports fans to pursue excellent sports performance.

At the launch of the contest, Jordan (China) Co., Ltd. first released the latest research and development results of its R & D center, the "Kung Fu sports new product series" and "the 10th anniversary commemorative edition product".

According to Jordan designer, the inspiration of new design comes from basketball, traditional Chinese Kungfu culture and the essence of Jordan's culture for 10 years. The integration of the three represents the classic product under the guarantee of modern high-tech manufacturing technology.
