He said that it is "wool" that brings together old friends and new friends in the circle, and everyone exchanges and promotes each other, which is very important for the development of our country's wool industry.

Wang Qiang, the Chinese project manager of the Australian wool Inspection Bureau, is the first time to attend the meeting. As the Australian Secretary General of the Sino Australian wool joint working group, he led us to review the progress of the group's work and the revision of the new clause, and analyze the contents of the new China Australia wool paction clause from the following five aspects.

1, the standard and method of wool parameter detection are strictly defined, and some key parameters have been revised. For example, the fixed oil content of wool sliver is revised from 0.634% to 0.75%.

2. Increase the content of raw materials in short hairs.

In order to reduce trade disputes, the new trade terms advocate the use of milled length to describe the average length of short hairs, and the seller's samples of the sales volume of not less than 1 kilograms as a sample basis for bilateral pactions.

3, wool type list is listed separately.

The new trade terms advocate the full use of wool detection parameters, while the traditional models are included as schedules.

4, suggestions do not promote, try not to use the objective and batch buying wool way.

The combined batch does not reflect the inherent quality of wool and disguise the real data, which is not conducive to improving the quality of wool in processing and production.

5, the Sino Australian Joint Working Group on wool has put forward three ways to resolve trade disputes: friendly negotiation between the two sides; resolution through the joint working group of Chinese and Australian wool; and arbitration procedures.

The new provisions will be reviewed regularly.

The breach of the provisions relating to the revision and execution of this clause will be published.

After that, Li Zhaoxing, chairman of Shandong Orient International Trade Limited by Share Ltd and manager of Tianjin Tianyang Textile Co., Ltd., Li Shufang, spoke at the conference and published their own views on the market situation. The New Zealand wool Bureau Beijing office Xinfeng also introduced the situation of the wool market in New Zealand.
