The two standards are put forward by the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association and are supervised by the Technical Supervision Institute of Shanghai textile industry.
Among them, the standard drafting unit of "polyester chip flame retardant performance test oxygen index" standard is Shanghai Textile Industry Technical Supervision Institute, the main draftsman is Lu Xiuqin and Zhou Zhende.
The standard drafting unit of the test method for the different shrinkage rate of polyester POY/FDY blended yarns is Xuzhou's Polytron Technologies Inc, the Polytron Technologies Inc of Limited by Share Ltd and the Donghua University. The main drafters are Sun Derong, Yan Lin, sun Yan Lin and Wang Xueli.
