Import Advanced Technology And Shortage Of Resources

The national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce recently revised the catalogue of technology and products to encourage imports (2011 Edition).

The catalogue will be implemented from the date of promulgation, and the 2009 edition will be abolished at the same time.

The issuance of the 2011 edition is aimed at actively expanding the import of advanced technology, key components, domestic shortage and energy saving and environmental protection products, and better play the positive role of import discount policy to promote independent innovation and structural adjustment.

The national development and Reform Commission, together with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce, will adjust the catalogue in time according to the needs of the situation.
