With the approval of the Securities Regulatory Commission of China ([2010]1228), the Shanghai Jialin Jie textile Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the company) issued the first public offering of 52 million ordinary shares (A shares) to the public, with a face value of 1 yuan per share and a issuing price of 10.90 yuan per share.

In the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, [2010]329 agreed that the renminbi common stock issued by the company was listed on the Shenzhen stock exchange in October 15, 2010.
According to the company's second provisional shareholders' meeting resolution 2010, the company amended the articles of association and handled the registration of industrial and commercial changes.
In December 2, 2010, the company completed the relevant business registration procedures and obtained the business license of the enterprise legal person issued by the Shanghai Administration for Industry and commerce. The registered capital of the company was changed from RMB 156 million yuan to RMB 208 million yuan, and the paid capital of the company was changed from RMB 156 million to RMB 208 million. The company type was changed from Limited by Share Ltd (Sino foreign joint venture and unlisted) to Limited by Share Ltd (Sino foreign joint venture and listing).
