Zhou Jingbo, head of discipline inspection team of Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau and Secretary of the Party committee of directly under the authority, Xu Zhi, Secretary of the Bureau of the Bureau of the Expo Bureau, attended the event.

Participants from Baoshan District and representatives of some temporary League committees of the World Expo Park participated in the activities.
