The three parties of Party A, B and C have agreed through consultation that Party A will sign the loan to the bank account of Party B after the signing of the contract of loan for individual housing entrusted by the central government organ housing fund management center with Party A.

At the same time, Party C shall entrust Party B to act as the "housing ownership certificate". Party B shall directly send the "all premises of the house" to Party A after the completion of the "housing ownership certificate", without Party A's consent, Party B shall not hand over the "ownership of the house" to the party.

During the period of collection, when Party C requests the replacement, resale and pfer of housing, Party B must notify Party A in advance and obtain the consent of Party A before it can help the party to handle the relevant formalities.

This contract shall come into force on the date of signing by the three party and shall be sent to Party A at the time of collection.

There are four copies of this contract, one party, B, C three party and the central state organ housing fund management center.
