  　　  類似的壓力在泉州服裝業(yè)界也普遍存在。一直以來，聘請韓國“高級短工”的企業(yè)針對某一個具體項目或某一個技術(shù)難題進行短期合作，暫時解決了本地中小企業(yè)缺少名設(shè)計師和高水平技術(shù)人員的難題。但另一方面，設(shè)計理念卻一直效仿歐美，尾隨歐美，致使服裝企業(yè)在國際市場的競爭力和銷售范圍十分有限。隨著國際品牌進入國內(nèi)，內(nèi)外銷企業(yè)在時尚方面都處于競爭的劣勢。 如何從根本上解決這一問題？華僑大學(xué)工商管理學(xué)院張向前教授認為，由于國內(nèi)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新力不足，所以要提高創(chuàng)新能力占領(lǐng)國際中高端市場，必須經(jīng)過從“與國際企業(yè)合作研發(fā)”到“在國外建立設(shè)計中心”，再到“真正占據(jù)國外終端市場”的過程。
