  據(jù)《2010服裝行業(yè)發(fā)展調(diào)查報(bào)告》顯示,超過五成的服裝行業(yè)在未來兩年內(nèi)有上市計(jì)劃。這份報(bào)告的調(diào)查對象為波司登、報(bào)喜鳥等60余家國內(nèi)知名服裝企業(yè)的高層。


  報(bào)告顯示,80%的服裝企業(yè)認(rèn)為全球金融危機(jī)對中國服裝行業(yè)有影響,近一半企業(yè)認(rèn)為危機(jī)影響主要體現(xiàn)在出口訂單萎縮導(dǎo)致企業(yè)利潤下降。不過,隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇,所有接受調(diào)查企業(yè)都看好服裝行業(yè)未來發(fā)展前景,超過七成的受調(diào)查企業(yè)認(rèn)為,未來三年服裝內(nèi)銷將持續(xù)上升,但同時有近六成的企業(yè)則希望政府能夠給予更多的政策扶持。


  此外,在接受調(diào)查的中國服裝企業(yè)中,有20%的企業(yè)已經(jīng)是上市公司,雖然大部分企業(yè)還沒有上市,不過已經(jīng)有52.43%的企業(yè)在1至2年內(nèi)有上市計(jì)劃,超過半數(shù)的企業(yè)會選擇在香港上市。這表明中國服裝企業(yè)積極參與資本運(yùn)作,希望通過資本市場謀求更高層次發(fā)展。值得注意的是,隨著國外品牌強(qiáng)勢進(jìn)入中國市場,54%的服裝企業(yè)認(rèn)為這將對中國服裝品牌造成較大沖擊。近半數(shù)的服裝企業(yè)認(rèn)為產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)單一、缺乏行業(yè)扶持、市場資源分布不均是現(xiàn)階段服裝行業(yè)面臨的三大問題。而提升品牌定位和消費(fèi)者認(rèn)知度,以及國外服裝品牌的沖擊是現(xiàn)階段企業(yè)自身面臨的最大問題。
