    四是政策落實(shí)檢查突出“嚴(yán)”。為使稅收優(yōu)惠政策真正落到實(shí)處，追蹤了解優(yōu)惠政策取得的成效和不足，在轄區(qū)范圍內(nèi)對稅收優(yōu)惠政策落實(shí)情況進(jìn)行全面檢查，摸清每一項(xiàng)優(yōu)惠政策的具體落實(shí)情況；對檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)落實(shí)不到位和沒有落實(shí)的，迅速采取相應(yīng)措施，確保國家稅收優(yōu)惠政策不折不扣、原原本本落到實(shí)處。
