A. Commission

Commission (Commission) refers to the service remuneration paid by the seller or the buyer to the agent's paction or the introduction of the paction.

我國(guó)的外貿(mào)專(zhuān)業(yè)公司，在代理國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)，通常由雙方簽訂協(xié)議規(guī)定代理傭金比率，而對(duì)外報(bào)價(jià)時(shí)，傭金率不明示在價(jià)格中，這種傭金稱(chēng)之為"暗傭"。如果在價(jià)格條款中，明確表示傭金多少，稱(chēng)為"明傭"。在我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易中，主要出現(xiàn)在我國(guó)出口企業(yè)向國(guó)外中間商的報(bào)價(jià)中。

B. discount

折扣（Discount）是賣(mài)方在原價(jià)格的基礎(chǔ)上給予買(mǎi)方的一定比例的價(jià)格減讓。使用折扣方式減讓價(jià)格，而不直接降低報(bào)價(jià)，使賣(mài)方既保持了商品的價(jià)位，又明確表明了給予買(mǎi)方的某種優(yōu)惠，是一種促銷(xiāo)手段、如數(shù)量折扣、清倉(cāng)折扣、新產(chǎn)品的促銷(xiāo)折扣等。比如每件20美元 CIF 紐約減5％折扣。賣(mài)方在開(kāi)具發(fā)票時(shí)，應(yīng)標(biāo)明折扣，并在總價(jià)中將折扣減去。
