Adapt to the new

work environment

　　3.避免卷入是非漩渦：每家公司都有一些愛(ài)說(shuō)長(zhǎng)道短的人，他們愛(ài)添油加醋。這些是非可以聽(tīng)進(jìn)耳內(nèi)，但別忘了自己應(yīng)有足夠的分析能力。如不了解事情的來(lái)龍去脈，最好還是保持緘默，以免說(shuō)錯(cuò)話。

　　4.了解公司的文化：每家公司都有不成文的規(guī)則，了解并順從這些“規(guī)則”有助你的發(fā)展。若企圖打破傳統(tǒng)，只會(huì)浪費(fèi)時(shí)間。

　　5.加倍努力：在一個(gè)理想的環(huán)境下，某件工作可能需要三星期去處理，實(shí)際上，上司可能希望你立即完成，卻沒(méi)有提供足夠的培訓(xùn)，所以應(yīng)隨時(shí)準(zhǔn)備多學(xué)點(diǎn)東西，要趕及期限可能要加班，甚至把工作帶回家做。
