The company's vehicle accidents are dealt with in accordance with this law except for the statutory provisions.

(two) all of the following paragraphs are caused by accidents: 1. cars collided or collided with a vehicle, causing damage to both parties or one side.

2. vehicles (locomotives) hit people, livestock, roadside buildings and other articles, causing casualties.

(3.) motor vehicles (locomotives) exercise careless dumping and others deliberately obstruct the road, causing injuries or injuries to persons or vehicles due to collision and rollover.

4. vehicles (locomotives) driving accidents, such as roads, bridges, culverts and tunnels suddenly collapse, causing damage to persons or vehicles.

(three) the damage referred to in these Measures includes enough damage to the company and any claim for insurance.

(four) after the accident, the company will be promptly notified by telephone, and within two days, it will be reported to the Department Manager by written request for compensation and filling in the car accident report form. If the vehicle is seriously damaged, and the personnel are seriously injured, the general affairs office or personnel office will be notified to assist in the handling.

When the accident happens, the 1. general affairs department shall report to the Department Manager immediately when it receives the notice of the accident, and promptly investigate and deal with the accident site.

2. should first treat the injured and then investigate the scene.

3., try to find the third witnesses who witnessed the accident and remember the names and addresses.

(two) the accident report should fill in the following items, and should pay attention when exploring the scene.

1. accident location, time and climate.

2. causes of the accident (the impact of the scene on the scene, the state of moving and still life and the direction and location of vehicles and pedestrians). The 3. accident number (including the other vehicle).

4. driving (including the other vehicle) name and address.

5. damage (including loss of the other vehicle and passenger property).

The names and addresses of 6. casualties, the causes and circumstances of casualties, and the methods of rescue.

(7.) the drawing and photography of the scene map (measuring the length of the accident vehicle, the width of the car and its wheels and the points on the road surface, the line edges and the length of the brake marks are the same as the correct locations and distances of all the debris and dust and bloodstains left at the scene).

(three) the company's responsibility for causing a motor vehicle accident is signed by the company's business meeting. When the meeting is held, it will notify the case in advance, and the driver will attend the meeting.

Punishment for causing a fault: (1) the driver of the accident shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of this chapter except for the criminal civil liability and the offending offence.

(two) the company shall be responsible for the accident according to the number of claims made by the company, and shall be punished according to the following regulations: 3.5.5.

(three) the probation officer who has been sentenced to court after the accident is allowed to remain in custody, and the person sentenced to death shall be dismissed from the date of judgment and shall be liable for the amount payable.

(four) Whoever absconded from a crime after causing a crime should be dismissed unless he is asked to do so by the judiciary.

If the two parties are willing to establish a settlement, they shall be able to identify damages on the spot according to the following stipulations: the 1. liability of each party shall be the fault of the other party's vehicle or pedestrians, and the insurance company shall not be liable for compensation.

The 2. liability is the fault of the company's driver. The amount of compensation is borne by the insurance company, but if the amount of compensation exceeds the insured amount, the excess amount shall be borne by the user of the vehicle.

The 3. liability of a company's driver and the driver or the third party shall be shared by the company driver and the driver or the other party. The damages shall be handled according to the preceding paragraph.

After the 4. accident, the other vehicle can be prevented from escaping and not stopped, or the number of the other vehicle can be noticed without paying attention to it, causing the liability of the accident not to be identified or investigated, and the damages caused by the driver shall be handled by the second driver.

(1) the measures shall be implemented from the date of promulgation.

(two) any amendment to this method may be amended at any time.
