Xu Weilin Develops High Efficiency Short Process Embedded Composite Spinning Technology
Learned from Wuhan University of Science and Engineering, Professor Xu Weilin's new technology, "Xu's Ruyi spinning", was successfully identified by experts, and was known as a revolutionary breakthrough in traditional spinning technology by the industry.
It is reported that the technology can develop textile waste into high-grade textiles, and cost more than 20% for enterprises.
The technology is officially called "efficient short process embedded composite spinning technology". It was led by Professor Xu Weilin of Wuhan University of Science and Engineering and led by Shandong Ruyi technology group and Xi'an Polytechnic University scientific research personnel for three years.
According to the introduction, the so-called "Ruyi spinning", that is, what kind of fiber spinning will be used to use what kind of fiber spinning, how many yarn to spin, how much yarn can be woven, can be combined arbitrarily. In the future, all kinds of fibers such as wool, cotton, linen, silk and chemical fibre can be combined to spinning at will, realizing the optimal utilization of resources.
