How To Do Cross-Border Marketing Well?
At present, in the specific practice of cross-border marketing, the strategies adopted by enterprises in implementation are mainly carried out in the following five aspects:
一是產(chǎn)品方面,主要包括基于品牌之間層面的跨界營(yíng)銷如我們前面提到的彪馬(Puma)與德國(guó)高檔服飾品牌Jil Sander的合作、東風(fēng)雪鐵龍C2與意大利知名時(shí)尚運(yùn)動(dòng)品牌Kappa的合作,如他們?cè)诋a(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)或者市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷上有許多的共同點(diǎn):他們對(duì)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)都追求美感、動(dòng)感,力求極致;他們都面向一個(gè)類似的消費(fèi)群體,宣揚(yáng)運(yùn)動(dòng)感、酷時(shí)尚,以及卓爾不群的用戶體驗(yàn)等相關(guān)的地方。這種跨界是目前企業(yè)間比較流行的做法
二是渠道方面,指?jìng)z個(gè)合作品牌的基于渠道的共享進(jìn)行的合作,如創(chuàng)維和華帝合作互相擴(kuò)大影響,互相借助對(duì)方的資源,在三四級(jí)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了營(yíng)銷渠道的創(chuàng)新,試行渠道共用,在華帝專營(yíng)店展示和銷售創(chuàng)維彩電,創(chuàng)維的渠道銷售華帝的產(chǎn)品和雙方還聯(lián)手在這些城市展開團(tuán)購(gòu)等活動(dòng),以及目前我們所看到的化妝品銷售借道OTC藥店渠道,實(shí)現(xiàn)“特殊功能化妝品”在OTC藥店大有作為而實(shí)施渠道跨界滲透等等做法。
三是營(yíng)銷傳播方面,通過(guò)對(duì)產(chǎn)品的消費(fèi)群體進(jìn)行再定義和重新分類,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品在另一類行業(yè)和市場(chǎng)突圍,如“腦白金”通過(guò)廣告進(jìn)行的的“收禮只收腦白金!”的創(chuàng)意與傳播,實(shí)現(xiàn)“腦白金”這個(gè)保健品暢銷整個(gè)禮品行業(yè)就是典型的跨界營(yíng)銷傳播。同樣工業(yè)產(chǎn)品統(tǒng)一潤(rùn)滑油借助央視這個(gè)媒體通過(guò)在大眾消費(fèi)媒體的崛起而崛起與潤(rùn)滑油這個(gè)工業(yè)品市場(chǎng)上的突圍也如出一轍。
四是產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)方面,主要是指在產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)過(guò)程中通過(guò)借用同行業(yè)或另一行業(yè)成形的概念、功能來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)或功能上的跨界,如防脫、排毒、醒腦洗發(fā)護(hù)發(fā)產(chǎn)品,以及減肥香皂、沐浴露是化妝品與藥品行業(yè)的跨界;許多采用天然植物研發(fā)的抗衰老護(hù)膚品,是化妝品與保健行業(yè)的跨界;護(hù)膚輔酶Q10運(yùn)用到護(hù)發(fā)用品、護(hù)膚面膜運(yùn)用到護(hù)發(fā)用品等等,是化妝品行業(yè)內(nèi)的跨界……等等。
五是文化、地域方面,主要是通過(guò)對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行文化借勢(shì)或者地域優(yōu)勢(shì)的嫁接而激活產(chǎn)品的方式,如我們所能熟知的魯酒借助儒家文化的孔府家酒、金六福與中國(guó)酒文化的結(jié)合對(duì)產(chǎn)品的重新詮釋以及小糊涂仙借茅臺(tái)鎮(zhèn)這個(gè)國(guó)人皆知的地域名而快速崛起都是這方面的典型。
