Wu Youyun fully affirmed the county government's attention and departments' support for the development of textile enterprises, and put forward suggestions for the development of the county's textile industry.

In recent years, relying on superior raw material advantages, Taoyuan textile industry has formed an industrial chain from spinning to weaving, printing and dyeing and clothing production.

At present, the scale of the county's textile has reached 115 thousand spindles, 60 million meters of cloth, 120 million meters of printing and dyeing cloth, and 800 thousand pieces of clothing.

Last year, the county textile industry output value reached 470 million yuan.

Wu Youyun affirmed the development achievements of the textile industry in the county. He said that Taoyuan had long enjoyed the reputation of "spinning City". Its good foundation and abundant resources were the advantages of Taoyuan's textile industry. In recent years, Taoyuan's textile industry has developed rapidly, showing a good momentum of development.

He hoped that the county should continue to attach great importance to the development of the textile industry and adhere to the principle of "expanding regulations, innovating, seeking special features and introducing" to make the textile industry bigger and stronger.
